Underwear private labelling and packaging
Your identity, carried through the collection.
Make the garment, waistband, labels and pack describe the same collection. DALI connects these details to the product specification before the retail presentation is approved.

Put branding in the development brief.
Identify which elements carry your brand: exposed elastic, labels, care information, hangtags and packaging. Provide artwork you are authorised to use, with colour references and placement requirements.
Branded elastic needs more than a logo file. Specify the proposed width, repeat, relaxed appearance, extension and attachment. Review artwork on the intended garment so a join or size change does not create an unexpected result.
Connect labels to the size and market.
Assign style names or codes and confirm size identification across the product and packaging. The buyer’s destination-market requirements should be provided before label artwork is finalised. Provide the required wording and artwork for the intended market as part of the label review.
Keep artwork approval distinct from fit approval. A product sample may settle construction while packaging artwork remains open; the final production reference should show the status of both.
Specify the selling unit.
Whether you choose single pieces or multipacks, reconcile the garment quantities with the selling units. A pack containing mixed colours is a different instruction from separate solid-colour packs, even if the total piece count is the same.

BUYER QUESTIONS
Before the next step.
Can DALI develop branded elastic for my range?
Yes. Share your authorised artwork, band width, colour references and the intended garment. DALI’s elastic and garment teams can review the proposed waistband and its sample requirements together.
Can I review packaging after choosing the garment?
It can be developed in stages, but pack contents, size identities and artwork need to match the final assortment before bulk instructions are released.
