Make the differences between shapes useful.
State the rise, leg length, leg opening and front construction for each style. A trunk is not simply a renamed boxer brief; record the intended difference in the pattern and measurement reference.
Specify whether a fly is required and how it should be constructed. Include seam positions, panel requirements and any reinforcement that matters to the design. Photos are a starting point, not a substitute for the final specification.
Review the waistband on the garment.
Exposed branded elastic, plain elastic and enclosed waistbands need different artwork and attachment discussions. Evaluate width, edge feel, extension and recovery against the intended garment.
A shared fabric and waistband can connect the assortment. Check whether their behaviour works across briefs and longer-leg shapes; the same material name does not guarantee identical fit. Colour and size quantities should remain visible by style.
Keep garment and pack quantities distinct.
State the total in garments as well as retail packs. This makes it possible to review how pack contents affect each colour and size rather than quoting from a single headline quantity.

Can I use one branded waistband across the range?
It can be reviewed, with width, artwork repeat, attachment and fit checked for each shape and size. Send authorised artwork and the intended elastic reference.
Do you supply retail stock or dropshipping?
DALI focuses on private-label bulk manufacturing for brands and retailers, not individual purchases, stock reselling or dropshipping.
Can samples precede a bulk order?
Sampling can be discussed for a proposed bulk programme. Agree whether the sample checks fit, fabric, waistband artwork or complete retail presentation.
