Private-label bonded underwear development
Bonded underwear. Start with the edge.
Develop a low-profile style that complements your core briefs. DALI reviews the proposed fabric, bonded edges and fit together, with sample checks agreed for the intended garment.

Specify the effect you need.
Identify where the low-profile edge is needed: waist, leg opening or another part of the garment. Show the desired appearance and explain how the garment will be worn. Coverage, opacity and fit remain separate requirements.
Bonded construction should not be presented as proof of seamless knitting. These describe different manufacturing approaches. DALI discusses the actual construction for the proposed style and material.
Make the sample answer practical questions.
A fabric’s weight, surface, stretch and recovery can affect edge appearance and the final fit. Review the material and construction as a proposed combination, with agreed methods for evaluating appearance and any required wash performance.
Record the sample version and intended review. Identify the sizes, shades and evaluations covered by the sample approval, then carry that reference into the bulk specification.
Plan the collection without duplicating variants.
Use a bonded style where it creates a meaningful choice in the assortment. Connect colours and branding to related briefs while preserving the material and construction record for this style.

BUYER QUESTIONS
Before the next step.
Does bonded mean seamless-knitted?
No. Bonding concerns how selected edges or components are joined. Seamless knitting is a different construction. The proposed garment should be described by its actual process.
Can I request a no-show effect?
Describe the wearing context and the required edge appearance. DALI reviews the material, coverage, construction and sample objectives rather than promising one effect for all garments.
What is confirmed before production?
The style specification, actual materials, approved sample reference, size/colour plan and agreed evaluation criteria are confirmed for the programme.
