Private-label thong underwear manufacturing
Thongs that belong in your collection.
Add a lower-coverage option that belongs with your core briefs. DALI reviews the thong’s material, gusset, edges and colours alongside the wider range, with a separate fit reference for the style.

Define the silhouette precisely.
A front view does not describe the whole product. Show the desired front rise, back construction, side width and gusset dimensions. Explain where seams or elastic contact are a particular concern.
Use a reference for the intended wearer rather than assuming that a style name fixes the fit. Discuss the base size, grading approach and the measurement method before sample comments begin.
Choose the edge and material together.
A narrow elastic, folded edge and bonded construction create different appearances and development requirements. Review the proposed fabric and edge as a combination. Describe the proposed edge construction precisely; a low-profile appearance and seamless knitting are different requirements.
Identify the main fabric and gusset separately. If the thong belongs with a matching brief or bralette, explain which colours, materials and trim details should be shared, and which may remain specific to the thong.
Keep the retail offer clear.
A thong can be a standalone option or part of a coordinated family. Quantities should show the real demand by size and colour so a visually attractive assortment remains a defined production brief.

BUYER QUESTIONS
Before the next step.
Can a thong match an existing brief range?
Yes. Provide the fabric and colour references you want to retain, plus the thong shape and quantities. Fit and construction are still approved as a separate style.
Does “no-show” mean seamless knitting?
No. Low-visibility edges may use different constructions. DALI reviews the actual material, seams and edges; bonded and seamless-knitted are not interchangeable terms.
What should I send first?
A front/back reference, intended wearer, material preferences, size range, estimated garments and destination market are a practical starting point.
