Website terms.
This website introduces DALI’s manufacturing capabilities and supports initial business enquiries. It is not an online shop or a binding offer for a particular order.
Product and commercial information.
Product presentations introduce categories and construction options. The agreed sample, material specification and commercial documents define the actual product. Materials, minimum quantities, development charges, schedules and other terms are confirmed for the proposed programme.
Website statements do not replace a quotation, purchase agreement, approved specification or nominated-factory review. Capacity figures describe their stated group or site scope and are not guaranteed production availability.
Images, artwork and brand names.
DALI retains the relevant rights in its website materials, company photographs and identity. Do not copy or misrepresent factory images as another company’s operations. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Group brand references describe business experience; they are not endorsements, a current-contract statement, a resale offer or permission to reproduce a customer’s products. Submit only artwork and product information that you are entitled to share and use.
Standards and sourcing decisions.
Audit, assessment, material and management-system references have different scopes. The applicable entity, material, processes and current documents are reviewed for the actual order. Nothing on the site certifies every product or factory under every listed programme.
Import requirements, classification, duties and origin treatment depend on the product, destination and relevant date. A manufacturing location does not by itself establish eligibility for a preferential rate.
Enquiries and external services.
Sending an email does not create an accepted order or a guaranteed response deadline. Discuss confidentiality requirements before sending restricted information. The privacy notice explains the handling of enquiry information.
External websites and email services operate under their own terms. Contact [email protected] if you find an error or need clarification before relying on website information for a purchasing decision.
