Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production
Workplace & social assessmentDALI UNDERWEAR / YOUR PROGRAMME
Quality controls for your underwear collection.
Keep fit, materials, branding and pack accuracy aligned from sample approval to bulk instructions. DALI connects product checks with the factory and material documents your sourcing team needs.

Quality starts before the production line.
The working specification should identify materials, base-size measurements, tolerances, colour references, waistband construction and label requirements. An approved sample needs an unambiguous version and a clear record of what it covers.
During development, check the details the wearer experiences: coverage, seam contact, waist and leg openings, gusset placement and elastic attachment. Any required evaluations are selected for the actual garment and buyer’s acceptance criteria.
Keep the product and selling unit aligned.
Packing accuracy is part of the product requirement. A correct garment in the wrong size mix or pack is not the agreed retail assortment.
- Review materials and shade against agreed references.
- Connect fit comments to the correct sample and measurement version.
- Check waistband artwork, labels and size identity.
- Reconcile garments per pack and retail packs per carton.
- Confirm inspection, test and documentation requirements for the order.
Use the right evidence for each question.
Workplace assessments concern the factory and its practices. Material standards concern the documented material and covered processes. Management-system references concern the applicable organisation and scope. Review the relevant scope for the nominated factory and material.
The programmes below relate to DALI’s manufacturing network. Relevant documents, scope and current status are provided during supplier review for the nominated site and materials.
