Long-term sourcing depends on the people, materials and manufacturing behind the product. Review DALI’s employment commitments, staff support and environmental work alongside the requirements for your nominated factory and collection.
Workplace commitments are part of supplier review.
DALI’s employment policy sets adult recruitment at a minimum age of 18 and prohibits child and forced labour. Employment is voluntary, with fair-pay commitments above the applicable local statutory minimum.
Training supports employee development and production improvement. Facilities with operating medical rooms provide free on-site medical support; available facilities are reviewed for the nominated production site.
Material claims belong to the selected fabric.
Organic and recycled content claims need to match the actual fibre blend, material documents and covered supply-chain processes. A group reference to a standard does not certify every garment in a collection.
DALI’s fabric, dyeing, elastic and garment capabilities allow material decisions to be discussed together. Keep the composition, shade, trim and product reference clear when a common material is used across several styles.
Water treatment and campus energy plans.
The group has invested in water-treatment facilities within its Fujian textile operations. Discuss the relevant site’s treatment arrangements and environmental documentation during supplier review.
Solar generation and energy storage are part of the new Cambodia campus development plan. The team can discuss the relevant site and current implementation status during supplier review.

No. Review the nominated factory, the relevant assessment information and the practices needed for your sourcing requirements.
Can I specify organic or recycled content?
State the desired composition, claim and documents. The team reviews the actual material and supply scope before the specification is agreed.
