Private-label women’s briefs manufacturing
Women’s briefs, planned as a range.
Give every brief a clear role: a core everyday fit, a higher-coverage option or a lower-rise alternative. DALI brings fabric, elastic and garment development together so the shapes, colours and retail packs can be reviewed as one collection.

- Your branding & retail pack
- Bulk brand programmes

Start with coverage, not a long list of styles.
A useful assortment gives the wearer a reason to choose between shapes. Compare front and back coverage, rise, leg openings and gusset proportions. Identify the core brief first, then add an alternative where it serves a different need.
A shared material or waistband can connect the collection, but the measurement sheet stays specific to each shape. Higher rise alone does not establish a larger fit, and a common size label does not make two patterns interchangeable.
Connect the fabric to the fit reference.
Cotton-rich, modal-blend and other stretch fabrics are discussed against the intended handfeel, weight and coverage. Include gusset material, elastic attachment and edge finish in the same review.
For an existing range, send the style you want to retain and explain what needs to change. Measurements, a reference garment and a clear list of fit comments give the sample team more useful direction than a general request for “better comfort”.
Make the buying matrix workable.
Review the quantity behind each combination, not only the overall order total. DALI confirms development and bulk requirements for the proposed materials, styles and pack structure.

BUYER QUESTIONS
Before the next step.
Can I start with a reference brief?
Yes. Share clear images or a sample reference, the changes you want, the intended wearer, quantity and destination market. A finished tech pack is not required for the first discussion.
Can several brief shapes use the same fabric?
They can be considered together, but material suitability and fit are reviewed for each shape. Colour, gusset and edge choices also need an agreed reference.
Is there one minimum order for all briefs?
No universal minimum is published. Requirements depend on materials, colours, sizes, construction and pack configuration. DALI focuses on bulk brand and retail programmes.
