DALI UNDERWEAR / YOUR PROGRAMME

An underwear focus, with a wider product network.

DALI’s underwear collections are backed by a wider manufacturing group covering socks, babywear, sleepwear, swimwear, knitted fabrics and elastic components.

01

Garment and retail categories.

Each category has its own wearer, material, fit and packaging requirements. A capability within the group does not make every factory suitable for every product. The team reviews the actual brief and nominated production arrangement.

CategoryGroup portfolio
UnderwearBriefs, thongs, bras/bralettes, boxer briefs, boxer shorts and bonded constructions
SocksEveryday, patterned and other defined knitted sock programmes
BabywearBodysuits, rompers, creepers and coveralls
SleepwearPyjamas, loungewear and coordinated garment sets
SwimwearDefined swimwear styles, materials, linings and trim requirements
02

Materials that connect to the collection.

The fabric portfolio includes cotton, modal, bamboo-derived fibres, microfiber, nylon, polyester and stretch blends. Composition, construction, weight, width and finishing are established for the proposed material.

Elastic and trim capabilities include waistbands, authorised branded elastic, straps, ribbons and lace trims. For underwear, their width, stretch, edge feel and attachment connect directly to the garment fit and appearance.

03

Keep a multi-category brief organised.

If your collection includes underwear plus another category, state the products and quantities separately. Keep garment counts, sock pairs and fabric or trim quantities in their appropriate units.

The initial contact can cover the overall programme. Product, material, sample and documentation requirements are then defined for each part, with confidential references handled through the team.
