DALI UNDERWEAR / MANUFACTURING
Cambodia production, connected to your range.
The Cambodia network adds garment capacity to DALI’s material and development base in China. Start with the product and market, then review the proposed factory, materials and order requirements.

Three existing factories. Distinct responsibilities.
Factory I and II provide garment production; Factory III is dedicated to socks. Factory and programme allocation is discussed for the actual product.
| Operation | Role | Workforce and facilities |
|---|---|---|
| Factory I | Garments | 35 lines; 980 employees; 9,096 m² |
| Factory II | Garments | 45 lines; 1,200 employees; 9,500 m² |
| Factory III | Socks | 700 knitting machines; 520 employees; 8,000 m² |
Keep materials, fit and production aligned.
The China and Cambodia teams can review an underwear brief that connects fabric and elastic requirements with garment construction, labels and retail packs. A common brief reduces the risk of different parts of the order describing different products.
Confirm the nominated manufacturing entity and site, development responsibilities, materials and the approval sequence. Bring buyer audit, test and documentation requirements into this discussion early.
Assess the import route for the actual order.
If country of origin or duty treatment affects the buying decision, establish the exact product classification, destination and planned import date with your importing team. Preferential treatment cannot be inferred from a Cambodia address alone.
The additional Cambodia campus is in trial production, with construction and supporting facilities still progressing. It is separate from the existing three-factory description and is not yet fully operational.
