DALI UNDERWEAR / MANUFACTURING
Develop the material and the garment together.
DALI’s China network gives the collection a material-development foundation: fabric, dyeing, elastic components, sampling and garment production can be reviewed within the same project.

Jinjiang connects the buying brief to development.
DALI was founded in Jinjiang, Fujian, in 1986. Headquarters coordinates design, research, sampling and international business with the relevant material and manufacturing teams.
For a collection brief, identify the shapes and quantities first, then the materials, colours, waistband artwork and retail formats. The development discussion can distinguish requirements shared across the range from the details specific to each style.
Fabric and elastic are real parts of the network.
Fujian operations include fabric production, dyeing and finishing, textile testing and elastic tape. Review composition, construction, weight, colour and stretch as a material specification.
Elastic development adds width, edge feel, extension, recovery and authorised artwork to the same conversation. The material and garment references should stay connected when a waistband change affects fit or appearance.
A wider product network, with clear roles.
China garment plants support cutting, sewing and packing requirements. Jiangsu operations add sock manufacturing to the group’s wider portfolio. For underwear, the fabric, elastic and garment operations are coordinated around the relevant collection brief.
For your order, confirm the nominated site, actual material and approved production reference. Supplier and product documentation should match that arrangement.
BUYER QUESTIONS
Before the next step.
Can materials be discussed before choosing a production site?
Yes. Provide the intended garment and material reference, then review the material and production route together with the team.
Is the China network limited to underwear?
No. DALI’s wider group range includes garments, socks, fabrics and elastics. This site focuses on brand underwear collections while keeping that background visible.
